Anyone have recent experience with availability of fresh flight fuel (sandwiches, fruit/cheese plates) on Seattle-Hawaii flights? Website makes it sound like flights over 1500 miles will offer these items, but they were unavailable last month on a mainland flight over 1500 miles.
