My cousin is flying BOM-MUC-YYZ on 07MAR24 and is happy to rebook for sometime next week instead.

Her ticket is booked on AC stock however under AC code, and Air Canada says that there is no disruption to LH767 (AC9585). They want $6500 additional to change dates from 07MAR24 to any date next week. Lufthansa won't rebook because they say it is an AC coded flight with AC ticket stock.

The problem is she doesn't have a Schengen visa so if she winds up in Munich and the onward flight is cancelled, she can't be easily rerouted and will have to sleep at the airport until something is figured out - and we want to avoid this as far as possible. Any ideas how to get around this? How soon will Lufthansa decide whether LH767 is likely to cancel or operate?
