I remember Calvin from the time he worked Saturdays at my local Marks and Spencer (I suppose I should clarify that doesn't mean the T5 branch). This is the fastest way to get about 7 grams of protein into your system. He's a tall lad, 6ft 7 (I tried several times to persuade him take up rugby) and people that height often struggle to get the necessary 70 grams of protein into their diet. So it's more sensible than it sounds and it may well reduce the impact of jet lag.
He wouldn’t be much use on a rugby pitch with only 70g of protein per day!
