Iirc I have received three over the past 15+ years
- Maybe around 2010, boarding a Qantas 747 in Sydney to Bangkok, reader went red and they had a small row of new BP's to hand out. Whilst walking to the plane I noticed the Business class on it.
It was my first long haul business class flight in general.

- Finnair JFK to HEL iirc around 2012. Whilst having a beer with different colleagues, we started to hear names being called out. One by one most of us went to get a new BP. Maybe around 10 of us got upgraded.
Economy class meals however.
