Quick update: Encalm prive is definitely off limits for PP and credit card customers. Only C/F/elite with invitation cards from the operating airline are allowed in, if the passenger doesn't have an invite card for some reason, they call to check with the airline. Pax flashing their PP are politely asked to go to the Encalm complex beside the AI lounge.
