Air China - issue with interlining baggage
This week I had an issue in TPE when I was refused by Air China to interline my suitcase with a Lufthansa flight departing Shanghai to Europe (TPE-PVG-MUC). Experflyer.com clearly says that there is interlining of baggage between CA and LH (in one single Lufthansa booking and ticket).

Air China has a page giving some confusing info regarding INT to domestic interlining:

Does anyone have any experience interlining in Shanghai with Air China going to TPE? I have another LH ticket coming and I sense I will have the same issue...
