First lounge to be refurbished at LHR will be the arrivals lounge.
Perhaps unfortunately, it sounds like those involved in the design of the JFK Chelsea lounge are going to be leading this. Hopefully they have realised how a sink works by now.
Surely even BA wouldn’t be as cringeworthy as to wait 16 years without any full renovation of its lounges and call a press conference to announce it will take 5 years to do so?
