Piggybacking on this thread. I have a family member in my HHA (with other family members), but I need to book a GPR flight for him without using his Avios. Does it mean that I have to remove him from HHA, and move him to F&F list? Does this happen instantly (I recall some rule about not being able to make changes to HHA or F&F list within 6 months, or something like that)?
