I have an award ticket originating in Central America. I don't think that qualifies as North America or the Caribbean per Delta. So what are the redeposit or change fees associated with this ticket? Can I cancel up to departure for a full refund? Do I have 24 hours?

I'm departing Liberia, CR if that matters. And it's booked in first class.
