There is no such thing as a "JAL First Class Sakura lounge." You appear to conflating two things.

There are JAL Sakura lounges. This is what you link to here. Your premium economy ticket may allow access to that.

Then there are JAL First Class Lounges at HND (Terminal 3) and NRT.
