Thanks to both of you. I arrive at HND at 4:55 pm and depart HND for BKK at 1:20 am.

I'm pretty sure during the award booking process it said I got free lounge access in HND. And the following link shows that premium economy class gets you free lounge access in NRT. I had no status the last time I flew from NRT back to the US on JAL premium economy and was given lounge access; which at the time I thought was some sort of mistake:
