Agree (Le Meridien Bangkok) - and most people in fact go the the Tempo for breakfast. One day went to the lounge after breakfast and no one in there. I think you order eggs, etc there and they make it downstairs and bring it up. But in the day and in the evening - the lounge is crowded - but you can usually find a seat.
