When this place gets fixed up I would question why anyone would be paying 300 a night to stay at Hyatt Place Las Vegas either
Sub par breakfast and poor elite recognition and absurd rates weekdays
And the rooms can be nosiy
How is the soundproofing @ Rio?
Plenty of people just don't want to stay in a casino hotel. I feel that way, depending on the trip.
