Had a completely opposite experience here - had to remind the agent that Globalists get Club access, and after conferring with a manager, he gave us correct wristbands and recoded the keys. This was coming from Alua Tenerife on the other side of the island - the Preferred Club bracelets from there were still on our wrists. I think the takeaway is that many AMR agents are poorly trained - according to my concierge, Globalists get Preferred Club access at all AMR properties.
