Are there any data points on how long you must wait before getting large lump-sum miles a second time from places like Laithwaites, WSJ Wines, NatGeo Wines, HelloFresh, Blue Apron, Green Chef etc.? I've searched the threads but did not find anything definitive. Most terms say once per account, but would a year or two years make a difference? Any data points? Thanks!
