Stayed at the "Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport" a couple of times, and find it extremely convenient, and can justify the slightly steep price because of proximity to all the amenities/shops, and T3.
This week I have a very late arrival and late departure...oof.

So we think I can extend the checkout for ¥2000/hour?
Would they possibly go as late as 3pm for the late-checkout?
