I went to two all-inclusive properties in the Canary islands.
1. Alua Atlántico Golf Resort in Tenerife immediately recognized Globalist status and gave me Preferred Club Access & wrist bands.
2. Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa in Fuerteventura gave me Preferred Club Access after I gently reminded the front desk agent that I am a Globalist. She went and checked some T&C and came back and said Globalists are eligible for "club lounge access" but not "Preferred Club Access" (e.g., preferred seating for breakfast and beach cabanas). She went ahead and added Preferred Club Access to my stay as a favor.
So it looks like AMR properties can choose to deny giving Preferred Club Access to Globalists.
