I believe all 737 and A321 is at AA lack rear ovens. Not sure about the 319s or 320s, I think they do not have them but have space for meals in case they were on a meal flight back in the day. Much less space is needed nowadays, so that's why I'm assuming they are going to move the lavatories into the rear of the galley.

The 319s would have to be flying over I think 2,200 to 2300 mile flights to South America to qualify as a meal flight, So if Colombia is the only Place they are flying down there, that likely isn't an issue.
