this post I described how I find it. Basically, I search for "egift" and that finds it. Now it returns a blank page, and I can't find it via the menu structure either. And when I look at my list of previous orders... it's blank. I can search for a particular order and see the product, but it's not linked to the product page.

I bought two cards in separate transactions last night with no issue. I used the reorder feature while logged into my account. I tried again a moment ago and I found the card using the search and reorder functions. I didn't check out though, so it's possible I'd get an error message.
