I fully agree and I've been saying this for years. I don't understand at this point why SK keeps non-Connect subsidiaries around because that's the product their customers want.

I find the CityJet crews to primarily create the impression that they are overworked but I hardly ever see them go out of their way or work harder than other crews. It seems more like a cultural thing than one of actually being overworked. The SmartLynx crews do the same thing.
