I am considering staying in either RC Phulay Bay or Rayavadee in April for 4 nights. Any advice to make this difficult decision easier? Rates at Rayavadee are considerably lower. It's our first time in Thailand and I am aware that the service may be much better at RC whilst the unique location of Rayavadee speaks in its favour.
