Before March 1, only one meal was served, but as of March 1, NH160 has service with two meals, which in my mind was not abbreviated.
Their wording of "(excluding late-night flights)" is poorly placed as it's ambiguous whether it refers to all flights or Oceania ones only. That said, I guess it applies to everything.
