Is the Visa eGift card "out of stock" on gc.com?

In this post I described how I find it. Basically, I search for "egift" and that finds it. Now it returns a blank page, and I can't find it via the menu structure either. And when I look at my list of previous orders... it's blank. I can search for a particular order and see the product, but it's not linked to the product page.

The Visa and MC Virtual Account cards are still available.
