As others have said, the OP's itinerary is do-able, but IMO very tight with checked bags. Personally, I would want an extra 45 minutes to make it a more comfortable transit.

You can't check bags through on separate tickets.
But arriving at and departing from the same terminal is a big time saver. So better Than the KLM T4 option.
