Thanks @marcolau317. Any idea/thought on if this is an IT glitch or actual un-allowed booking? The SAN>SFO is not RFS as you might have guessed. Just seems odd that you can book them separately for 1/2 the taxes. And I don't want to deal with potential luggage or misconnects so don't want to book them separately.
