Oooh I still remember the excitement and anticipation of my very first Business Class lie flat seat. Redeemed on Virgin Atlantic using Continental Airline points JFK-LHR. Felt like a queen 👸🏻 Enjoy every minute of it 🩷

A few more suggestions:
- there are check-in lines specifically for Club World, with “fast track” lanes through security (at least at Heathrow, I’m not familiar with BNA). Definitely make use of this!
- as others have mentioned, don’t be afraid to use the call button to ask the FAs for something. And agree with the suggestion of letting them know it’s your first time. They see so many jaded travelers who are not always nice to them, it will be refreshing for them to have an enthusiastic first time CW traveler!
- there’s no right or wrong, just do what you want/what feels right for you and enjoy to the fullest! If you want to sleep, sleep. That’s part of the benefit of having the lie flat seat, don’t stress about “missing out” on something.

I travel carry on only so I don’t typically pay attention to trolleys but I’m sure there will be trolleys that you can take right up to the arrivals lounge, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen families with small children arriving with multiple trolleys. Just for your own comfort, would it be possible not to travel with so much stuff? Might make it a bit easier to navigate/less cumbersome.

I’m so excited for you, please come back and let us know how it goes!
