After the endless and well documented minting of dirt cheap ghost stays from around the world at the MGM properties, I would be very surprised if that worked here. Particularly since this is going to be a directly connected hyatt rather than a third party mgm type thing, I would bet it would be no different than trying to ghost check in/out stay regular Hyatts.
