I've just flown long-haul C GRU-ZRH for the first time in a while and noticed a couple of improvements:
- Hot towels delivered twice, the second time was in a small cup on the breakfast tray, didn't recall seeing this before
- Main course now served separate from starter
- Many passes of the drinks cart, probably 4x

I am not sure if this is part of a general improvement, but overall I felt it was better than what was done until last year without towels, one tray only, fewer drinks.
​​​The downside is a dinner service that took very long to complete on a night flight.
