Comments: Credits supposedly excluded tax and tip, but didn't seem to be followed. An earlier poster had mentioned welcome chocolate truffles being at this hotel with FHR, but we did not get that. What irked me was the front desk agent went over the FHR benefits and made no mention of the upgrade benefit (despite the previous guest being upgraded). I would've been fine if they were at least honest and listed the benefit and said they couldn't upgrade us. The other interactions at the hotel went great, but I'm not sure if I would stay here again on FHR without the additional $100 F&B credit.
