You'd think but that 772 they were flying was a non-rev/award paradise except during peak season. On again, off again, on again for a route to LHR doesn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence. And again, SEA is like NYC/CHI/LAX where AA can't expect to print money like they do for DFW/CLT/MIA/PHL in a fortress hub. DL and VS have been happy to make sure there's 4x daily between them and BA (which is an awful lot for SEA).
I suspect they could
seasonally fill a 788 but come on...
Oh and if AS gets its way with HA they'll be flying longhaul out of SEA. What's the AA value proposition for a SEA international hub at that point, given that they can't hook up with AS for an ATI JV?

You're 100% going to get the VS 787 herringbone J seat with tech circa 2003 on that route. Granted the VS J soft product is streets ahead of AA J. And DL is flying an A339 SEA-LHR so they're doing enclosed suites just like BA is.
