Given that the EU version is basically
either From EU to another country on any airline
or From Outside the EU to any country in the EU on an EU carrier
The EU261 does not cover outside the EU to outside the EU even if connecting in the EU
with the changes for UK, it would seem to be able to replace EU with UK
What is the difference in wording that makes the distinction on why UK261 rules cover outside the UK to outside the UK whilst the EU261 doesn't cover the equivalent?
Does this then mean then SIN-SYD as a standalone sector is covered?
