Could you clarify which cabin you are booked in? Club World is nearly full, WTP is oversold but there is space in WT. Can you also confirm whether you hold advance seat reservations?

The error can also mean they aren't sure about your passport or other documentation issue, which is almost always sorted out rapidly, once you get to the airport.
