Staying there now. Upgraded proactively to deluxe room from basic king without asking as a globalist. Very spacious for Tokyo, minimalist design, IKEA vibes but a step or two above Hyatt Houses in the US.
Laundry machine and dryer combo in the room and they provide detergent.
Nespresso machines in the room and kitchen but who cares, it's Tokyo and you should not be cooking.

​​Breakfas is fine , a few vegetables options, tofu, stews, egg tart, it's better than the breakfast at Hyatt regency Shinjuku imo but not as good as Hyatt Regency Yokohama, and much better than the breakfast at Hyatt Houses in the US.
