The TA clearly has never used their AA.com site for making a booking. The first name and last name fields are mandatory (noted by red dot on each), there is a field for the middle name (which I always see filled based on how I set up my profile) but in the booking process that field has no red dot and AA always omits it from the PNR/ Ticket. It's in my known traveler field and passport info area but not on the ticket. I fly on an AA ticket (revenue) on QR metal tonight. I've been told I don't have to worry. I only hope Thailand has no issues when I return given whatever TSA needs in the USA has little if any relevance there. I had no issue out of Mexico last year.
