On select 777 aircrafts to certain destinations (mainly US and London), these are their newest business class seats with extra wide seat and a door. Their first class cabin (even more spacious) is called “The suite”.

JFK, uses the room, ORD, sometimes (especially lately), IAD doesn’t since it is served by a 787-9 Dreamliner. Lots of discussions here on this topic.
