lost my mvp card (need #) and NW problem
Can someone please PM me the MVP phone #. Just reply here that I got a PM as the cue for others.

Also, I'm trying to book emergency row or bulkhead seats on NW for flights to PVG/NRT and they can't detect my MVP status. I clearly am on Alaska.com (but i also haven't gotten my 2005 packet yet either, despite the fact they said it was mailed last sunday). I've tried calling every day and nothing, and I want emergency row seats or at least ones as close up front as I can get. A rep suggested I call and have them make a notation... is that possible? What else could I do to get this resolved?
