I find these agents to be the most knowledgeable and helpful. If you are unlucky and get Manila, then hang up as they are useless, unless you have a simple issue, but even then they can have problems.
The agents in Capetown SA are variable, some better than others, but Canada by far the best.
Does the centre in Canada still exist? Good news if it does- I haven’t been answered by them for a while but always found them competent and helpful.
Does the Turkish centre (still) exist?
CPT are sometimes not too bad but just too limited in what they (can) do.
It’s true that MNL are hopeless- I completely agree that the only response is to hang up. If you speak in words longer than “dog” or “cat”, they often hang up at their end.
The worst are Brno or wherever it is… Almost no knowledge of English or German. Rather than pretending to be competent, it would be better to just admit they haven’t a clue and demand proper training.
