Did you try by phone? If its not available there then there is a problem if it's available via UA.

I m looking at YYZ WAW. It will show up online as a direct flight, anything beyond WAW like FRA, it will just show AC dynamic awards even tho LO is available to connect to said nonstop flight YYZ WAW FRA
Haven't tried by phone. I did try searching the directly from Zurich initially, but didn't get any results. I thought it might be one of LH groups married segment issues so I tried from VIE but still nothing. Given that Lifemiles shows no availability for this route at all, starting to think this might be some sort of issue on United's end. Rather strange though as the calendar search basically shows availability on 15 out of 30 days displayed. Didn't think the phantom availability issues would be that pervasive.
