Yes, that would be extremely useful to know. I always assumed that using the actual airports would be acceptable. On a RTW, unless doing side-trips, it often makes not much difference - eg what you gain LON-NRT over LHR-NRT you lose again on YYZ-LON vs YYZ-LHR.

You're right, that is the obvious solution, though it forces an overnight in YUL. Might as well make a virtue of it and stay a couple of nights, then. It has also occurred to me that routing VRA-YUL-LHR liberates a few extra miles, allowing us to fly YYZ-HAV on the inbound, which opens up a few more flight choices. My revised SYD-YVR-YYZ-HAV,VRA-YUL-LHR-NRT-PVG-ICN-SYD itin now seems to come out as
28,961 miles.
