if it presents them to you separately, are you trying to book multi-city or are you actually trying to book them as a stopover? Different functionality on the website. Stopover should present it as just one price. And if you have AC flights, the dynamic pricing might well work out that YYZ-ARN-EDI is 114'700 points + taxes. You can't search segments individually and assume that flights involving AC will be the sum of individual segments.
