And you think salmon won't b overcooked?
Actually I would argue that when overcooked, tasteless salmon is actually worse than overcooked tasteless shrimps. Salmon (and also halibut) gets very dry when overcooked. Even if tastelss anyway.
At least their overcooked tasteless shrimp does not taste of sodium metabisulfite, which most individually frozen shrimps sold in Canada do, and is absolutely horrible.
