Did you remember to register all of your cards for the rideshare promo? It's an opt-in process. I did it for my Platinum but forgot for my Reserve so ate a ride without a discount. Luckily, I remembered in time to get a ride in before the end of Feb (this past Wed) and just got an email confirming my $10 credit to my account.
