I think the website is having problems. My status was due to expire this week (on 2/28) and when I go to submit my information to re-match (in this case with Hilton Diamond) it keeps giving me an error that says:
"Please fix the following input errors: Our records indicate you are already an Executive Elite member."
But my profile says that I am no longer Executive Elite.
I called and they couldn't find a way around it and said they'd escalate it to the appropriate team. I have a trip coming up so I was hoping to re-qualify so I can continue to use the status.
same here, was told to send an email or wait couple of days and try again on the website.
