I've been trying to use the
https://status.emeraldclub.com site to match into Emerald Elite with National based on another program. However, when I try to enter my info and submit it tells me:
"Please fix the following input errors: Our records indicate you are already an Executive Elite member."
My previous status expired, as is reflected in my profile on the National website.
Seems like an error in the web site, and I can't find any other way to contact the department that handles status matches. Has anyone else run into this and how did you get it resolved? I have a trip coming up and I'd like the status to apply it for that reservation.
