I do have a BAEC registered in the UK (a family home that I don't personally reside in), but this ticket was redeemed using CX points hence linked to that account. Will they be able to make that connection to my BAEC despite not being on the booking?

This was a one-way booking, will that make a difference? My return journey is on a different airline under a different booking.
