Hertz customer service just great (sarcasm)
Woke up this morning to find an alert from AwardWallet that my 5 digit Hertz gold balance points is 0. After some urgent investigation, I find when I log into the Hertz app it shows my correct balance, but when I now log onto the website, it shows my balance is 0.
I call Hertz. They assure me that my balance is still 5 figures. And then ask if they may assist me with a reservation! I again explain that the balance on the website shows 0, I'm obviously trying to report the problem. She says thank you. I say uh, you might want to pass that on... she says, "sure".
C'mon.
