I can understand that. The way it came across was a little odd as the question "do you need to speak to <redacted>" (literally those words) was said without any context as to who/what <redacted> was, so being of a peculiar mind on occasion, I did a strange leap into wondering what I was being invited to do. The closest I could think of was the Ask for Angela scheme where you can seek help if in a sticky situation in a bar. But, yes, in hindsight, it was an utterly daft comparison.

This was the first time I'd encountered this department and, apparently, they are a new team so I guess that kind of question will be less surprising the more I use the CCR.
