I visited the SA Schengen lounge on Tuesday. It is the exact same lounge as before the pandemic: 4th floor of T1. You have to pass passport control to get to the lounge. So LH/LX travelers departing from gate 60-68 need to plan for sufficient time for passing passport control after the lounge (and security before gates 60-68) on their way back from the lounge to the gate.
