I booked the outbound and inbound flights separately (at T-355) using the voucher for the outbound, now they're refusing to refund the extra Avios for the inbound leg. Do I just need to keep HUACA until I get through to someone who knows how to do this?

EDIT - they cancelled the inbound and rebooked the whole itinerary as a return flight.
