For those GGLs that frequent the CCR between 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday, there is a new team of people (British Airways Premium Customer Team) who are doing meet and greets. Once they've found you and introduced themselves (they're pretty good at that, and have a good idea what sort of GGL you are) you'll get an email with the team contact details to which you can send in feedback and suggestions. Or you can just find one of them next time you're there if you want to chat in person.
